Do you offer custom products or customisation?
Many of our products can be customised. If you have a specific idea, colour, size or combination in mind, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to discuss what is possible.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every Hide & Piston product is handmade in our UK workshop, from cutting and preparing the leather to stitching and finishing. Each piece is individually made rather than mass-produced.
What type of leather do you use?
We use carefully selected premium leathers from respected tanneries, including Italian vegetable-tanned leather. The specific leather used for each product is always listed in its product description.
Can I choose a different leather or colour?
Selected products can be made in different leather colours, finishes or combinations. If you would like something different from the options shown, please contact us before ordering and we'll see what we can do.
Are your products made to order?
Many of our products are made to order. Preparation times are shown on the individual product page. Custom or personalised orders may require additional time.
Can you make a different size or modify a product?
In many cases, yes. Because our products are handmade, we can sometimes adjust dimensions, fittings or other details to suit your needs. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.
Will your motorcycle products fit my bike?

How long does shipping take?
