Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused and in its original condition
- the item must be returned in the original packaging
- proof of purchase is required
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
